NNAEDOZIE THOMAS FOUNDATION

The Nnaedozie Thomas Foundation (NTF) was founded on the belief that every Nigerian deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, security, and hope, and that with the right support, individuals and communities can rise above poverty.

We pursue this through four powerful strategies:

Education and Youth Empowerment — We champion the next generation through career days, mentorship programs, and educational materials. We believe an educated young person is the strongest weapon against generational poverty.

Economic Empowerment and Skills Training — We believe that every individual has the capacity to be self-sufficient when given the right tools and opportunity. We equip individuals with digital and livelihood skills backed by start-up capital, building their capacity for self-sufficiency and sustainable livelihoods

Health and Wellness — Poverty and poor health reinforce each other. Through free community health outreaches and awareness programs, we ensure underserved communities stay healthy and productive

Humanitarian Relief and Community Support — We stand firmly with vulnerable groups including widows, orphans, internally displaced persons, and people living with disabilities, providing immediate relief while building their path to self-sustainability. We also support access to clean water and essential community infrastructure because lasting change begins where people live

Since our founding, NTF has reached thousands of lives across Nigeria, committed to building a future where poverty no longer defines anyone’s future.

OUR ROOT

For generations, Nigerians have held on to three words: “e go better.” In the face of poverty, hardship, and unmet potential, these words have been a source of hope, a quiet belief that tomorrow will be kinder than today. But hope, as powerful as it is, has never been enough on its own.

For change to truly occur, individuals must make it happen. Government cannot do it alone. Our founder understood this deeply. He believed that poverty could be eradicated, not by waiting, but by engaging. That every person equipped with skills, support, and purpose becomes a force for good far beyond themselves.

We believe that when individuals are supported and engaged, they do not just improve their own lives. They lift the people around them, reduce crime, strengthen families, and in doing so, make society safer, stronger, and more hopeful for everyone.

Inspired by the words of John F. Kennedy, “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country,” our chairman believes that each of us has a role to play in making the world a better place. He has committed to leveraging his wealth of knowledge and expertise gained from various professional experiences to bring hope and support to the indigent members of society. Because he believed that access to services that enhance the quality of life should not be a privilege. It should be available to everyone.

Since our establishment on April 8th, 2021, the Nnaedozie Thomas Foundation has made a tremendous impact in the lives of the less privileged and has empowered numerous young people with vocational skills.
